This variety is known for its vigorous growth in dry areas like Gulu, Amuru, Nakasongola, has sweet aroma, and a tangy-sweet taste that local and export markets love. We chose UPF 16 because it fruits early, produces heavily, and adapts well to our climate—making it ideal for year-round harvesting, with peak flushes twice a year.
